DIGESTER - STEAM HEATED

This is specially designed Double Jacketed Digester to cook the raw material through steam. The chopped raw material & water in a certain proportion along with the cooking agents are filled in the Vessel (Geared Motor driven) and then, the lid is tightened. The Steam is passed inside the vessel, during the cooking process through a Boiler. The Temperature & Pressure are maintained and monitored over the Gauges mounted, till the cooking cycle is over.  

Regular Model mounted over a sturdy base of a Capacity -One Cubic Meter.

Digester with Customized size & capacity are also manufactured.

Must Accessory: 

Pulp Collection Tank - To Collect the Cooked Raw Material with a facility to safe drain the Black Liquor.

Boiler, Wood/Oil Fired – To supply the steam to the Digester for cooking of raw material.

Power Connection Required – 3 Phase.
