FLUFF TESTER - GFL TYPE

UEC Fluff Tester, GFL Type is intended for laboratory determination of the linting tendency / short fiber of uncoated printing paper. This method is very accurate and provides an outstanding basis for optimizing the Chemical / Linting ratio.

The motorized unit is compact which consists of water container, rubber & a steel roll and the sample is moved between these rolls. The fluff is transferred on the moistened steel roll, which is then washed off and recovered in the water. The suspension is filtered through the black filter paper and dried for reflectance measurement.
