PRINTABILITY TESTER - DIGITAL

UEC Printability Tester is used for laboratory testing of paper and ink in simulate actual condition as in printing. The equipment is designed to determine the accurate simulation of offset letter press printing, flexo and gravure printing on laboratory scale. 

The main unit tests the paper surface strength, abrasion and wet pick, print penetration etc. it is electrically driven with two printing disc, variable interval timer, variable speed and variable printing pressures.

The printing format is 50mm x 270mm. the unit is available with Single shaft manually operated and with Twin shaft, motorized.

Inking Apparatus – It is used for even distribution of Ink on the Printing Disc. The top roller is made out of polyurethane soft rubber, which is resistant to UV and other conventional ink.

Sample Preparation Cutter Punch & Die Type – It is used for preparation of test samples of size 50 mm x 270 mm, without any deformation & damage.
