The UEC Flotation Cell is a very useful & High Sensitive Instrument to study the "De-Inking Effect" of Printed Recycled Paper by the "Flotation Method" in the laboratory. The Unit consists of a Specially Designed Stainless Steel Container of Capacity 25-Ltrs with an aerator and a drain valve. The foam formed during the test overflows and is collected in the secondary container for evaluation of the ink contents.
The Flotation unit along with a precise drive motor having variable speed is mounted on a base platform for quick & easy operation and the “Digital Revolution Counter” is mounted on the operational control panel.
The unit can be used in "Conjunction with UEC Lab Hydra Pulper" to conduct extensive testing of the recycled fiber system.
