LABORATORY BEATER (PFI MILL TYPE)-AUTOMATIC

This High Precision Beater on a laboratory scale is used for beating pulp and as a de-fibration unit for incompletely digested fibrous materials, and chemical or semi chemical pulps, under standardize condition. This PFI Type Beater is ideally suitable for R & D purpose and routine checking of small quantity, 5-40 gm of O.D. pulp with consistency of 5-50% and typical time for beating is between 2 and 10 minutes. 

The main unit with "Fully Automatic Loading & Unloading of Beater Roll", with variable beating pressure and difference in peripheral speed of beater roll / housing, is mounted on the jerk proof sturdy base. The "digital pre-selected number of revolution counter" & “energy meter”(KWh) for checking the energy consumption of the roll motor, when comparing different pulps (Recommended in ISO 5264/2-1979).
