LABORATORY BEATER (PFI MILL TYPE)

This High Precision Beater on a laboratory scale is used for beating pulp and as a de-fibration unit for incompletely digested fiber materials, and chemical or semi chemical pulps, under standardize condition. This PFI Type Beater is ideally suitable for R & D purpose and routine checking of Small Quantity, 5-40 gm of O.D Pulp with Consistency of 5-50% and typical time for beating is between 2 and 10 minutes. 

The main unit with independently driven "Beater Roll & Housing", pneumatic lifting and “Manual Loading & Unloading” of beater roll by counter weight, is mounted on the Jerk Proof Sturdy Base.

The "Digital Pre-selected number of Revolution Counter" & “Energy Meter” (KWh) for checking the energy consumption of the roll motor, when comparing different pulps (Recommended in ISO 5264/2-1979).
