PACKAGE SHAKER / VIBRATING TABLE

The UEC Package Shaker is widely used in the Packaging Industry for Laboratory Investigation of the “Vibrations Resistance” of the “Packages & Products”, with the same “Conditions & Effects” as occurs during the Transportation. 

This Motorized Unit, mounted on the heavy base, consists of a Sturdy Platform, underneath of which are Special Heavy Duty Springs at all the corners to execute a “Harmonic Sinusoidal Vertical or Horizontal Motion” or a “Combination of Both” on the Packages, during the Test Operation. The Servo Controlled DC motor maintains the Preset Vibration Frequency,independently of the size of the load.

The Standard Model is provided with: Platform Base Area 1.0 m. X 1.0 m. , Maximum Load Capacity 400 Kg.,  Vibration Frequency max.13 1/3 Hz. and the Amplitude 0-12.7 mm (Peak to Peak 25.4 mm).
