Bead Mill

UEC’s Bead Mill is one of the most effective machines for breaking down minute particles in liquid to nano size range. A rotating shaft with impellers agitates the beads at high speeds which produces strong shear forces to finely disperse the particles inside the grinding chamber and make slurry.

The vessel has a cooling water jacket to control the temperature of the contents. A filter at the outlet ensures fine particles in liquid are separated from beads. The remaining beads are reprocessed in the grinding chamber for continued output of fine particles.
