REACTION VESSEL

The Reaction Vessel provides homogenized mixing of slurry under hot steam. A perforated pipe injects steam into a polished vessel through a boiler for uniform mixing of ingredients. The unit is completely fabricated from stainless steel and comes with a motor and gearbox that drives a shaft with paddle agitators suitable for medium viscosity fluids requiring low shearing. An equal number of forwarding and reversing paddles ensure slurry moves from one end to the other. The vessel is equipped with a hose barb and a discharge valve for slurry entrance and drainage.
